What's to become of Conde Nast when top editors-in-chief such as Anna Wintour, Graydon Carter and the rest are gone (either voluntarily or by necessity)? In a new article by AdWeek, the magazine gives its predictions as to who may succeed them. In the running are current Conde editors including Amy Astley, Adam Rapoport, Jay Fielden and Jim Nelson who not only embody the culture of the organization but who also have a proven track record of improving circulation numbers at their respective titles. Urban Outfitters Loses CEO

Early this week, Urban Outfitters CEO Glen Senk shocked many in the retail industry when he announced that he was stepping down from his position. Although he will be staying on-board as a consultant for an unspecified period of time, it's believed that Senk has already accepted a position at another company. He will be replaced by Richard Hayne who currently serves as U.O.'s founder and president. (via: WWD)

Superdry Gets The Last Laugh: Posts Holiday Sales Increase

While most New Yorkers (especially those of the "fashion" persuasion) tend to turn their noses up at the Superdry store in SoHo, viewing it as a place for juice heads and Euro tourists, the brand is actually doing quite well. According to the latest figures, sales of the company's apparel rose 5.8% in the nine weeks leading to 2012 -- and that's without the drastic holiday discounts other retailers like Abercrombie & Fitch resorted to. Valentino Prepares for Pitti Uomo

As invited guests of Pitti Uomo trade show this season, Valentino is scheduled to debut their Fall '12 men's collection. This will mark the first time the Italian house has ever held a runway show for its menswear collection. Helmed by designers Maria Grazia Chiuri and Pier Paolo Piccioli, the looks are said to capture the couture spirit of the women's collections with precise construction and sharp silhouettes.
