How's Nick Wooster enjoying his new job at JCPenney? In a recent interview with the Business of Fashion, he says,

"Its about upgrading everything Its taking a very old company and turning it on its ear by treating it as a start-up. Its like the New York Times crossword puzzle. Sometimes you can do it, sometimes you cant. For me, the ideas are not hard; getting it done is the hard part, because of either existing process or merchants, customers and factories that dont necessarily see the same thing I do. But Im not proposing three-armed jackets. Im just proposing taste at a price.

While JCPenny is still struggling to show proof of success through all of its reformations, we're holding out for Wooster's ability to create that success, just as he did at Barneys, Neiman Marcus, and Bergdorf Goodman. And, we're willing to bet that if he did propose three-armed jackets, there would be a following.
