British designer Nigel Cabourn has been enjoying some underground popularity for several seasons as authentic and heritage military and outdoor brands continue to make waves in the menswear market. For AW11 Cabourn has been tapped by Eddie Bauer to create a small capsule collection, which debuted at Pitti with tightly goose down stuffed gilets and parkas derived from the military issue Air Force coats Bauer was making back in the 1940s. But Cabourn's collaborations don't end there -- there;s also waxed linen and leather duck boots made by Yuketen and a range of fishing inspired outdoor gear co-branded with angling legend Bailey.
