We showed you a preview of Henrik Vibskov's SS14 collection last month, but this week the mens and womenswear collection came alive when it hit the runway. The collection entitled "The Bathtub Observer" abuses patterns, colors, and overlaying fabrics which captured the inspiration of the collection - visual trickery.
Disorder and dysfunction was the overlapping theme of the show and was exhibited through Vibskov's trademark graphics. Some key looks of the collection consisted of hand printed dots and big knitted patterns, magnified herringbone on linen, and some patchwork play that made heads lean and eyebrows raise. The styling was right on trend - layered, long, and loose fitting that give the wearer a whimsical look due to the clothes movement.
White, light beige, camel, and mustard yellow were prevalent in the collection as well as a blue and light green cool color story.
