Lenny Guerrier is the dynamic and passionate guy behind the Parisian concept-store Coïncidence. The store’s name reflects the serendipitous approach Guerrier takes to retail curation.

“I wanted to built something different than what other multi-brands offer here in Paris,” explains the host, who built his retail bona fides at L’Eclaireur. Located in a small street of the Marais, the shop’s two levels offer shoppers the ability to explore and discover new must-haves from a carefully gathered selection of brands, furniture and products.

The ground floor, called the Delicatessen, features beautiful objects, and accessories as well as candy. On the lower level, or Cabinet of Curiosities, you can find jewelry and new-wave clothes for men and women clothes from collections like Silent by Damir Doma, Laurence Airline, Dark Shadow by Rick Owens, Ann Sofie Back, Calla, Leon Louie, Etudes, Martine Rose, Sauvage by En’s, etc.

As for Lenny’s favorites right now, he says, “I really had a crush on the Leon Louie black bomber, Camille Katoh shoes and Ann Sofie Back dresses.”

Coïncidence has done some high profile collaborations, most recently with French creative consortium Maison Labiche. The shop will soon host the release party of le Coq Sportif’s Eclat sneaker re-edition.

“My aim is to bring people to come here and discover new stuff, from very affordable to more unique pieces,” he said.
