If it’s good enough for Prince George, it’s good enough for anyone.
Earlier this year, the baby royal was photographed sporting a custom jumper from Corgi, adding another satisfied customer to the ranks of fans who’ve turned to the family-run Welsh hosiery brand for quality cashmere socks and knitwear for over 120 years.
Corgi was founded in 1892 when Welshman Rhys Jones began knitting knee-high stockings on a set of second-hand knitting machines. From there, he expanded into fine quality socks, gaining a reputation across the UK that eventually led to Corgi's current worldwide distribution four generations later. Along the way, Corgi was awarded a Royal Warrant by HRH The Prince of Wales, supplying the royal family with fine cashmere items for years.
While Corgi is steeped in history, it's anything but stodgy. The brand offers hosiery in every color imaginable, plus the mandatory stripes, patterns and even camo for men and women. We're excited to make history with Corgi once again when they visit us in New York this January at Capsule.
