ASAP Rocky had the game on lock for the start of 2013, but Rocky is giving his boy ASAP Ferg his time to shine. Ferg hit the scene with Rocky and the ASAP crew before releasing his first single 'Work' last year. This year, Ferg followed up with a remix to 'Work' before releasing the summer turn up anthem, 'Shabba'. To further promote his first solo album, Trap Lord, hitting stores on August 20th, Ferg is collaborating with Bape on a t-shirt.
The collaboration tee features a stain glass window image of Ferg holding Baby Milo with the quote "Ape Shall Never Kill Ape" on the back. This is not Ferg's first venture into fashion. Prior to rapping, Ferg, inspired by his late father, launched Devoni Clothing in 2005 which was worn by Chris Brown, Swizz Beatz, and Diggy Simmons. Only 100 tees were made in his collaboration with Bape. The tee will drop at 6pm on August 19th at Bape's SoHo location, one day before Ferg's album release.
